DETA stands for David Ensignia Tennis Academy, founded by David Ensignia Sr, with over 40 years of experience in Tennis programming. DETA focus on providing quality instruction and service through our passion for the game to aspiring players of all ages and abilities.

DETA’s success is attributed to the values, talent, and accomplishments of its directors David Ensignia, Sr. and David Ensignia, Jr.

But then, why Pickleball?

Pickleball is growing in popularity because it’s a fun and social sport that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.

Both Davids', father and son, decided to transfer and share all their passion and service to a new community of Pickleball players that grows every day and decided to create "DETA Pickleball Club",  the first Pickleball Club in Miami, founded on January 2022.

The DETA Pickleball Club had been created to give a much-needed space to avid "picklers" to join and enjoy the game as much as possible. Offering different levels of playing opportunities like:
